If the Shoo Fits
An internal resource site for two Chick-fil-A locations, with protected director documents and file updates for approved leaders.
- Client
- Multi-location Chick-fil-A operation
- Location
- East Pasco County, Florida
- Project type
- Private internal web application
- Package
- Internal resource site with private director resources

Before the project
Two locations needed a shared resource library.
Team members needed policies and location-specific resources, while directors needed access to material that was not for the full team. Adding a second location meant organizing those audiences without maintaining separate versions of the site.
What I changed
Organize by location, then separate viewing from editing.
I built a shared structure for Zephyrhills and Dade City. General team resources stay easy to reach, director material requires sign-in, and a smaller group of approved leaders can replace selected PDFs, images, and headshots from the browser.
What the finished site does
- Reference documents and resources grouped by audience and location
- Private director resources
- Replacement of selected PDFs, images, and headshots
- Mobile-friendly access for team members referencing resources from a phone
- Shared structure for the Zephyrhills and Dade City locations
A closer look
If the Shoo Fits in use.
This is a private internal resource site, so the live site and operational documents are not publicly linked.

In use
Approved leaders can keep selected documents current.
Approved leaders can replace selected documents themselves. Permission to view director resources does not automatically grant permission to replace them.
