Need booking, payments, integrations, a client portal, or other custom functionality? Additional features can be scoped separately. Utility Sites, business systems, and advanced custom builds are not included in the promotional pricing.
What I ask from participating clients
The arrangement is straightforward: you receive introductory pricing and included Website Care. In return, I ask you to stay responsive during the project, give honest feedback, and allow me to feature the finished site.
How to reserve it
Tell me about the business, project goals, budget, and preferred timing.
I will reply personally and recommend the package or next step that makes sense.
The special is reserved once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid.
Questions
The offer is available for new Launch and Business projects that fit the normal scope of those packages. Utility Sites, and advanced custom builds are quoted separately.
No. The agreement must be signed and the project deposit must be paid by October 31, 2026. Your project start and launch dates will be scheduled according to current availability and the approved scope.
3 months of Website Care are included. You may continue care at $75 per month for the rest of year one, choose another available care option, or continue without a maintenance plan.

You receive introductory pricing and included Website Care; I ask for timely content and feedback, permission to feature the finished site, and an honest review after launch.
